About this Project

The study “Consumer Perspectives and Trends in Sustainability” of the Natural Market Institute (NMI) shows that at least 10 restaurants in Mexico City offer only vegan food menus. If we ask people what veganism is, they normally think about “grass and salads”.
Is this concept really only about food that tastes to grass?

This already existing restaurants are targeted to vegan people... Imagine that someday you'll be choosing between going to eat to Italianni's or to Veganic; the concept tries to put a restaurant of vegan food as an option for a normal meal.
Veganic looks for conscientization; veganism is not eating salads; is a healtier and different way to prepare dishes that already exist in our daily life.

Our idea is to create a restaurant that constitutes not only of a taste and visual experience during mealtime, but a place that anyone at any age can visit!
We will gather specialists on vegan food, raw vegan food and fusionate their creative ideas with chefs that focus on daily menus. Our purpose of combining this two worlds is to fullfill all of our clients needs.

Aren't you completely convienced yet?

Think about a sunday afternoon; you are walking your dog with your family. You won’t have to worry thinking about where to put your dog at mealtime. Veganic will be a place adapted not only for people of all ages, but also for your pets. Only with an extra fee if you want us to feed him, you don’t even have to pay for the veganic shelter; better worry about what new dish to taste.



How are we going to invest your money? 
We are planning to grow and be sustainable inbetween one and an a half year, but how? 
At first we made surveys around Mexico City and found out that people would like the idea of a restaurant with such a menu and including pets. But some said that due to hygene reasons they would rather go home to place the dog. 
So we started thinking about new and more creative ideas that could solve not only pet problems, but also menu problems.  
Our proposuals are the following:
  • Environment: The most important for use is to fullfill our clients wishes and make them feel comfortable. With your money we are going to select the appropiated furniture; attractive, simple and green.
  • Menu: Change the offered dishes every three months to adquire variety. We will have a tasting event for investors of more than $10 000 MXN.  
  • Chefs: We are going to gather specialists not only in the area of vegan and raw vegan food, but also in normal food, who knows how many great ides can be the outcome!
  • Pets: They are our customers also, so their comfortability is the most important. We want to invest the money in small shelters inside the restaurant where they can rest and wait for their owners.
